Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Territory Motorcycle Training ("Territory Motorcycle Training," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Territory Motorcycle Training's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services
Territory Motorcycle Training provides motorcycle training and coaching services. The details and specifications of these services are outlined on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. Except where explicitly stated, our training and coaching services do not lead to the award of industry credentials or qualifications.

3. Payments (including sales) and Refund Policy

3.1 Full payment for our services is required in advance of access. Full payment is to be made on the website at the time of booking. Pricing is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any transaction fees and relevant sales taxes are included at checkout. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Details regarding refunds are specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3.2 Sale pricing is offered exclusively for scheduled services and courses available at the time of booking. No rainchecks are permitted. Bookings made during sale periods are final, and cannot be rescheduled to a different time or date. These terms are made clear on product listings during sale periods. By completing a purchase during a sale period, customers acknowledge and agree to all sale terms and conditions.

3.3 TMT offers discounts to corporate partnership members of the Automobile Association of the Northern Territory (AANT). Members need to access their corporate discount by logging in to their AANT portal and following member instructions. AANT members are required to hold a valid membership at the time of booking, which is verified by staff upon course attendance. The discount applies only to the named member listed on the membership card. The offer cannot be purchased on behalf of another person, or transferred to another person after booking.

All courses are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. The discount applies to standard course fees for pre-learner (L plate) and pre-provisional or restricted (P plate) courses provided by Territory Motorcycle Training. It cannot be used for any other product or service. All bookings are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. The discount does not cover additional fees for late cancellations or missed sessions. Participants must meet minimum age and licensing requirements for the selected licence course. No guarantees are made regarding course assessment outcomes. TMT reserves the right to refuse training if a participant does not meet safety, legal or regulatory requirements. TMT reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

3.4 Promotional vouchers: Territory Motorcycle Training (TMT) reserves the right to issue promotional or discounted vouchers at its sole discretion, at any time, and for any product or service it offers. Vouchers apply only to the specific product(s) stated at the time of voucher purchase and must be redeemed via the TMT website. Redemption is subject to course availability and the participant meeting all prerequisite requirements as set out by the Northern Territory Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR). Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated. All voucher sales are final and non-refundable. Possession of a voucher does not guarantee a place in a course. Unless otherwise specified in writing by TMT, all vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or issue.  All bookings made with a voucher are subject to the cancellation, reschedule and transfer conditions of our cancellation and refund policy.
